It’s gonna sound lame - but the first time I heard Don’t Fear the Reaper byt BOC was in Scream 1 and I’ve always connected it to scary movies since. :)

 I love Don’t Fear the Reaper by The Blue Oyster Cult. It’s already on the list as well as Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds “Red Right Hand”. I love Scream!!
